Mr. Jenkinson has previously led cultural tours to the Mediterranean. With his guests, he likes to create a dialogue about the roots of western civilization that is accessible to people of all educational backgrounds and all levels of curiosity.
At Oxford, Mr. Jenkinson studied the history of Christianity and the formulation of Christian doctrine. He has taught courses in the Bible, including the Bible as Literature, the Historicity of the Bible, and the Search for the Historical Jesus.
